      A particular motif is not more interesting than another. It’s just a pattern specific to one virus. I haven’t worked with many viruses myself so far so I don’t have much to choose from. It’s quite interesting that with all the constraints (coding for genes, other regulatory roles in structure) the virus is able to make these structures with specific sequences many places in its genome
