      Hey,

I found it really enjoyable. Moving to university was the first time I was on my own, without my parents to look after me – it’s a scary thought, but it’s easy to make friends and you quickly settle in to the new lifestyle, cooking your own food, getting around by yourself and exploring new areas. University is also a great place to discover new interests: it’s such a big place that there are loads of people who have unusual hobbies that you might decide to try.

Going to university is great – you get to do so many new things and meet new people and it gives you a chance to be more independent but while still having plenty of support. Studying itself was quite difficult but you learn so much and you get to choose which things you’re most interested in and learn more about them. It’s a lot of hard work but it’s definitely worth it.
