Question: I don't quite under stand what you do and as you mentioned computers i thought i mite ask because i love them???????????!!!!!!!!!!!

Basically, I try to think of clever ways to find patterns in a list of letters and write computer programs to do that. These patterns are what we call packaging signals and the list of letters are pieces of RNA, genetic material of a virus. the packaging signals are short parts in the virus’ genetic material which bind to the viral coat and thereby help the virus to form. If we understand this interaction, we can stop it using drugs.
